Police caught liquor dealer by sending dummy buyer
Balod. In village Singarpur of Suregaon police station area, accused Rajesh Kumar Ramteke was keeping liquor for illegal sale in his house. Suregaon police station caught accused Rajesh red-handed on sale of liquor and booked him under section 34 (2), 59 (A) Chhattisgarh. Action has been taken under the Excise Act.
According to the information, the police got information from the informer that Rajesh Kumar Ramte was keeping and selling liquor in large quantities at his residence in village Singarpur. Guidelines have been given by the Superintendent of Police to curb illegal liquor, gambling and betting.
In the same sequence, a police team was formed under the leadership of police station in-charge assistant sub-inspector Ajit Mahobia and arrested accused Rajesh Kumar Ramteke after purchasing liquor from a dummy buyer.
