Police got input from Delhi, Mowa youth arrested for child pornography
Dhamtari. According to the cyber tipline sent by the NCRB branch of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, New Delhi, action is being taken by the District Dhamtari Police Station against the accused who upload pornography videos related to children on various social media. Uploading pornography videos / photos related to children in any way through online sites or mediums is a legal offense. In such an act, according to the cyber tipline sent by the NCRB branch of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, New Delhi, a crime is registered against the concerned accused and action is taken.
Crime No. 435/2023 Section 67, 67 (B) IT Act of Police Station City Kotwali Dhamtari, sent by the NCRB branch of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, New Delhi, for appropriate action in the cyber tipline related to the cyber tipline, the login IP address of the suspect of the cyber tip line was given on the date of incident time 28.04.2022 UTC. The said IP was analyzed by obtaining information from the service provider company, in which the login IP. The tower location of the suspect mobile holder was reported to be in Mowa Raipur police station area on the date and time of the incident. On which a crime was registered and investigation was taken up by City Kotwali Dhamtari police station. During the investigation of the case, on finding out the IP address of the accused who uploaded porn videos related to women / children on social media, it was found that the videos were uploaded through the mobile number 9058047770 of the accused, on which it was found that the accused mobile holder Mohd. Irfan alias Sahil was uploaded under Section 67, 67 (B) IT Act and 14 (1) POCSO Act in City Kotwali police station and the accused has been duly arrested today on 14.12.24 and is being sent on judicial remand before the honorable court.
