Police of 3 police stations took major action against gamblers

Rajnandgaon: In Rajnandgaon, police have arrested 4 gamblers who were gambling in the fields. Rs 83,000 in cash and many items have been seized from the gamblers. It is being told that the police have arrested the accused on the information of an informer. This entire matter is of Chikhali police station area of Rajnandgaon. Information about gambling was being received continuously from different police stations.

After receiving continuous complaints, Lalbagh, Kotwali, Chikhali police station of Rajnandgaon formed a team with the cyber cell. The team got information from the informer that some people were gambling in the fields. Based on the information received from the informer, the police caught the accused red handed while gambling from the spot. Police have arrested 4 accused in the case. Rs 83,000 cash and other items have been seized from the accused. The police have taken action against the arrested accused under the Gambling Act.
