Police take preventive action against a young man habitually involved in fights and disputes; he is sent to jail.

Raigarh. In the Jutmill police station area, police have taken preventive action against a young man who frequently consumes alcohol and engages in domestic disputes, arguments, and violence. He has been arrested and sent to jail on the orders of the court.
According to information received from the police, Narendra Gond, a resident of Bajinpali Jutmill, filed a complaint against his younger brother-in-law, Hitesh Yadav, at the Jutmill police station. The complainant stated that his brother-in-law, Hitesh Yadav, regularly consumes alcohol and verbally abuses and physically assaults his in-laws and his wife. The accused frequently demands money for alcohol and, if refused, vandalizes household items and harasses his family, causing them immense mental distress.
Based on the complaint, the police summoned Hitesh Yadav to the police station and counseled him. However, even in the presence of the police, he began threatening the complainants and became aggressive, resorting to verbal abuse and physical violence, claiming that his family had filed a report against him.
Considering the likelihood of a cognizable offense and the strong possibility of a breach of peace in the area, the police took swift action against the accused, Hitesh Yadav, son of Ratiram Yadav, age 30, a resident of Jhopdipara Jutmill. He was immediately arrested under sections 170/126, 135(3) of the Indian Penal Code for disturbing the peace and presented before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) court, which ordered his imprisonment.
