Police took away the dead body of the woman, people were stunned

Madhubani: In Madhubani district of Bihar, police took away the dead body of a woman before her funeral. The case is of Pandaur. Here a case of murder of an old woman by strangulation with a rope has come to Sakri police station. On the complaint of the woman’s granddaughter Sajda Khatoon, the police seized the body and started investigation. The incident happened on Tuesday. When people reached to bury the woman’s body, the police seized the body.

According to the police, the deceased Kanija Khatoon, wife of Mohammad Janif, is a resident of Kaziyana village of Sakri police station area. She had come to the house of her son Mohammad Gulab in Sakri a few days ago. On Tuesday night, there was a dispute with the son over some matter. In the morning, the granddaughter and family members of Kaziyana resident were informed that the said woman had died of a heart attack.

When the deceased was being bathed before being buried, the granddaughter saw the rope marks on her grandmother’s neck and informed her other relatives. The family has accused the woman’s son of murdering her. After which the police was informed by the deceased’s son Alamgir living in Ahmedabad. The police took immediate action and reached for investigation.
