Narayanpur news. Naxalites kidnapped and murdered the brother of a policeman in Naxal-affected Narayanpur district. Police officials gave this information on Monday. Police officials said that the body of Sannu Usendi (30) was recovered on Sunday night at Batumpara Chowk in Orchha village of the district. chhattisgarh news They said that Usendi was the brother of a constable of the state police unit ‘Bastar Fighters’. Police officials said that Usendi, a resident of Kohkameta area of the district, was living in Narayanpur city and had a tea shop.
They said that according to preliminary information, on Friday (28 June), Naxalites kidnapped Usendi from a local market in Kutul village near Kohkameta, about 40 km from Narayanpur district headquarters. Officials said that the Naxalites suspected that Usendi was a police informer, due to which they killed him and later threw the body in Orchha, about 20 km from Kutul. He said that after receiving information about his death, a police team was dispatched to the spot and the body was recovered and sent for post-mortem. Police officials said that a search operation has been started in the area to trace the attackers.
