Prepare soft lentil appe in just 15 minutes, learn the easy recipe

Whenever we feel like eating something delicious for breakfast, the names of dishes like Appe, Paratha or Sandwich etc. come to our mind. But eating the same variety every day starts getting boring, and then later you don’t feel like eating anything.
If you too are tired of having the same breakfast every day and want to make something new, then you can make appe. That too in a completely new way…Appe is a very quick recipe, which is very delicious to eat. Appe are crunchy balls, which are soft and fluffy on the inside and slightly crispy on the outside.
You can make appe in many different ways for breakfast every day, but today try lentil appe and serve it for breakfast in the morning.
method of making
First of all, soak the lentils for two hours. Before this, clean the lentils thoroughly and soak them in lukewarm water.
After 2 hours, drain the water from the lentils and clean them thoroughly. Then put it in a jar, add lentils, ginger, green chillies and some water and grind it.
Now heat the oil and when the oil becomes hot, add mustard seeds and lentils in it. Cook the dal while stirring continuously until it turns golden.
Then add the remaining ingredients like all the spices and tadka ingredients etc. When the aroma starts coming, add chopped onion and green coriander to it.
During this time, keep the appe stand warm. When the stand becomes hot, pour the batter with the help of a spoon and let it cook till the appe shape is formed.
Then cover the appe and cook it till it becomes golden from both the sides. Take out in a plate, your masoor dal appe is ready which can be served with sauce or chutney.
Lentil Soft Appe

Material
Lentils- 1/2 cup
Green chilli – half teaspoon
Ginger piece – 1/2 inch
Green Coriander – 2 teaspoons (chopped)
Onion- 1 big chopped
Urad dal – half teaspoon
Mustard – 1 tsp
Salt- as per taste
Eno – half teaspoon
Oil- 2 spoons
Method
