Private helicopter crashes, 3 people dead, fire brigade teams on the spot
Pune: A private helicopter crashed near Bavdhan Budruk village in Pimpri Chinchwad city of Pune, Maharashtra on Wednesday. Local villagers informed the Hinjewadi police control room about the helicopter crash. The control room was told that three people on board the helicopter were seriously injured. As soon as the information was received, the police and medical team rushed to the spot.
However, according to the latest information, all three persons on board the helicopter have died. When the accident happened, the helicopter was going from Oxford Golf Resort towards Mumbai. This incident of helicopter crash on the mountain took place in Bavdhan area of Hinjewadi police limits of Pimpri Chinchwad Police Commissionerate. The local administration and police are investigating the matter. This accident created a stir in the entire area. A crowd of local people gathered at the place where the helicopter crashed. The exact cause of the accident is not yet known.
