Property dealer and his two private security guards killed, two including lawyer injured
Muzaffarpur (IANS). Fearless criminals fired indiscriminately and killed a property dealer and his two personal guards in Bihar’s Muzaffarpur. Two other people including an advocate are said to be injured in this attack.
According to the police, property dealer Ashutosh Shahi along with his three personal security guards had gone to meet advocate Syed Kasim Hasan at the residence of Marwari High School Chandwara on Friday night. People were talking in the lawyer’s residential office. Four miscreants who came riding on this bike fired indiscriminately with sophisticated weapons. They fled after committing the incident.
In the shootout, Shahi died on the spot, while two of his security guards, Mohd Nizamuddin and Rahul, succumbed to their injuries at the hospital during treatment. Two other people were injured in the attack. The injured include a lawyer and a security guard. The condition of the security guard among the injured remains critical. Ashutosh Shahi, originally a resident of Shahi Minapur of Aurai police station, was living in Mithanpura Nand Bihar Colony.
After getting the information of the incident, the police reached the spot and started investigating the matter.Muzaffarpur Deputy Superintendent of Police Raghav Dayal said on Saturday that the police is probing the matter. He said that raids are being conducted to arrest the criminals. Several kiosks have been recovered from the spot, he said. Police is prima facie stating the cause of the murder as personal enmity.
