Punjab: Two people died after car collided with a tree

Punjab: Two youths died when their car collided with a tree near the under-construction bridge on Dirba-Kohriyan road in Rogla village. The deceased have been identified as 20-year-old Ladi Singh and 22-year-old Jatinder Singh, both residents of Rogla village in Sangrur. According to information, both the youths had gone to Dirba to buy some goods to celebrate their friend’s birthday. They met with an accident while returning. The collision was so severe that both the people in the car died on the spot. Villagers said that many accidents have happened earlier also due to incomplete construction of the bridge.
