Jalore : Under the chairmanship of District Collector Nishant Jain, a meeting of all the subdivision officers, tehsildars and development officers of the district was held through video conferencing in the DOIT auditorium on Saturday regarding the voter lists revision program, contact portal cases, Pradhan Mantri Vishwakarma Yojana and Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. The meeting was held.
District Collector Nishant Jain, after taking information from the subdivision officers regarding the applications received across the district under the special brief revision program of voter lists starting from January 6, gave instructions for their timely disposal. He directed the officers to carry out e-roll updation work, editing of formats 1 to 8 and verification of e-rolls before the final publication of voter lists.
While reviewing the complaints received in the public hearing and registered on the Sampark portal, he directed the officers for timely disposal of the pending cases at the sub-division and department level. Taking information from the concerned subdivision level officers and departmental officers regarding the complaints received from the Chief Minister’s Office and the cases pending for more than 6 months, he said that the complaints coming on the Sampark portal should be resolved quickly with the complete satisfaction of the complainant
While reviewing the Pradhan Mantri Vishwakarma Yojana, the District Collector, to ensure the registration of eligible persons in the scheme, officials of urban bodies including sub-division officers, tehsildars, development officers, identified the eligible persons in all 18 categories and provided benefits through the scheme. gave instructions. Discussing the status of total applications received so far in the district under the scheme, he told the officers of the Industries Department and the subdivision officers to ensure that maximum eligible persons are benefited from the scheme
He appealed to the Cooperative Department and Subdivision Officers in the district to connect eligible farmers who were deprived of benefits under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana to the scheme, e-KYC verification of land details of farmers, and to get e-KYC done by seeding the bank account with Aadhaar. Taking subdivision wise information regarding the farmers connected till now, instructions were given to the remaining eligible farmers to benefit 100 percent from the scheme
As per the instructions of the State Government, the District Collector directed the officials to conduct surprise inspections of health centers and Annapurna Kitchen Centers from time to time and check the arrangements. He talked about displaying the presence of personnel, office timings and departmental schemes through notice boards in offices
