Quick solution to the problem of Arang resident Bhagwat Sonwani, got relief with the help of call center

Raipur. Under the leadership of CM Vishnudev Sai, quick resolution of problems of the general public is being ensured. With the establishment of Jan Samasya Nivaran Call Center in Raipur district, citizens are getting the benefit of administrative services easily. Bhagwat Sonwani, a resident of village Bhatia, Block Arang, had applied for birth certificate and resident certificate, but despite having the required documents, he was not able to get the certificates on time. Due to this he was facing many difficulties. In search of a solution, he lodged a complaint on the helpline number operated by the district administration.

The Jan Samasya Nivaran Call Center took his complaint on priority and took prompt action and resolved the problem within a few days. Soon Mr. Sonwani was informed that his birth and resident certificates have been prepared.

For the quick resolution of the problem, Sonwani expressed his gratitude to Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai, Collector Dr. Gaurav Singh and the call center team. He said, “I did not expect to get a solution so soon. I heartily thank the Chief Minister, due to whose efforts we got this facility.”
