Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav held a meeting with zone officers of Indian Railways.

Raipur : Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav held a meeting today on 25 November 2023 with Railway Board members and officials of all zones and divisions of Indian Railways and Research Design and Standards Organization (RDSO) through video conferencing to discuss various aspects of safety in Indian Railways. In the meeting, Hon’ble Railway Minister stressed on various safety aspects like automatic signalling, modernization and safety of railway yards and disaster management team. Along with this, he also gave directions to prepare fortnightly safety action plan and review it regularly. On this occasion, the General Manager of South East Central Railway, Head of the Department, Divisional Railway Managers of the three railway divisions Bilaspur, Raipur and Nagpur and other officers were associated with this meeting.
