Railway projects worth ₹77,855 crore are underway in Andhra.

Guntur: Union Minister for Railways Ashwini Vaishnaw informed that 42 railway projects are being executed in AP at an estimated cost of Rs 77,855 crore.

Giving a written reply to a question raised by Rajya Sabha member Bhashyam Rama Krishna during the question hour in Rajya Sabha on Friday, he explained steps taken for the development of railway stations, Amrit Bharat Station Scheme, progress of ROBs, RUBs and funds allocation.

He explained steps taken to avoid delays in land acquisition for railway projects.
