Rain fell at many places including Raipur, temperature dropped

Raipur: The weather has become cool due to light rain in many districts of the state including Kawardha and Raipur since morning. It is cloudy in many districts including Durg-Bhilai and Raipur. This happens due to the arrival of humid winds.

Meteorologist HP Chandra said that a trough is extending from interior South Karnataka to South Chhattisgarh up to 0.9 km height. The state will remain cloudy due to moisture coming from the Bay of Bengal. There is a possibility of drop in minimum temperature in North Chhattisgarh.

The weather is likely to remain cold in the state in the coming days. Although there will be a drop in the minimum temperature, there will be no significant change in the maximum temperature.
