Raipur. A young man who fell prey to the promise of double profits by investing in the stock market lost Rs 10.5 lakh. Cyber ​​police have registered a case of fraud. According to Khamtarai police, on April 22, a caller from phone number 7478052023 called Hitendra Patel, a resident of Srinagar, and offered to invest in the stock market and double the profits.

Hitendra first deposited on the link sent by him and some profit also came back on it. Trusting him, Hitendra later deposited a total of Rs 10.50 lakh in the accounts mentioned by him till May 19 and did not give the profit. When Hitendra realized that he had been cheated, he registered a case under section 318 with Khamtarai police last night.
