Rajasthan paper leak accused ‘promoted’
Jaipur (IANS) | The suspended vice-principal of a government school arrested in the Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) teacher recruitment paper leak case and lodged in Udaipur jail has reportedly been ‘promoted’ as principal. Anil Kumar Meena alias Sher Singh was arrested from Odisha by a team of Special Operations Group (SOG) of Rajasthan Police.
Education Department officials have not confirmed the promotion of Anil Kumar Meena, while BJP MP Kirorilal Meena’s office while speaking to IANS claimed that Anil Kumar Meena’s name is in the recently released promotion list of the state government.
The BJP MP has been protesting against the paper leak and had also given important clues about Anil Kumar Meena to the state government.
The Rajasthan Police had earlier announced a reward of Rs one lakh to anyone providing information regarding Anil Kumar Meena, after which he was arrested.
