Rajpura: Relief order for sunflower growers

Punjab: Sunflower growers of Rajpura subdivision suffered losses due to crop failure in 2022 as the seeds supplied to them by local vendors were fake. The District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Patiala has now ordered compensation of Rs 76,800 per acre to the affected farmers.
