Rakul Preet Singh Says Husbands Family Faced Lot Of Financial Loss

It is known that the big budget film ‘Bade Miya Chote Miya’ starring Bollywood stars Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff was a huge failure at the box office. Pooja Entertainments banner owned by Rakul’s husband Jackie Bhagnani produced the film with a budget of around Rs. 400 crores. However, the film, which came before the audience with huge expectations, not only earned a collection of Rs. 60 crores and received an atter flop, but also caused a huge loss to her family, Rakul Preet Singh said.
In an interview given to Bollywood media, Rakul said, “The last three films under the banner of Pooja Entertainments did not achieve the expected success. Due to this, we suffered a lot of financial loss. But such difficulties happen to every producer. Amitabh Bachchan also went through this at one time. This is just a phase. We will definitely bounce back,” Rakul said. However, she completely denied the rumors that her production company ‘Pooja Entertainments’ has closed down due to these financial losses. Rakul clarified that the situation is being exaggerated in the media and the company’s services are continuing.
Earlier, Jackie Bhagnani himself had spoken about the failure of the film, revealing that his family had to mortgage their assets for the huge investment, and that only less than 50 percent of the investment was returned.
