Guwahati (ANI): The second edition of the Rising Sun Water Fest, a collaborative effort between the Government of Assam and the Eastern Command of the Indian Army, themed “Revisiting Saraighat 2023”, successfully concluded at Deepor Beel, Guwahati on Monday. The event showcased rowing and sailing competitions between teams from across the country, including service teams, highlighting various disciplines of water sports.
