Robbers had looted gold and silver from an elderly couple, police secretly caught 3 accused
Jaipur (Rajasthan): Siriyari police station of Sojat Circle has secretly arrested 3 accused in the robbery case. The accused had looted gold and silver jewelery from an elderly couple on October 15.
Siriyari police station in-charge Mahipal Singh said that on October 15, late night, robbers had committed a crime in the house of an elderly couple in Guda Raghunath village of the police station area. He told that the accused had entered the house from above. During this time, the elderly couple Ogdaram and his wife Bheki Devi (75) of caste Seervi, who were sleeping in the verandah, were beaten up. In which both were seriously injured. After this the robbers looted the gold ornaments worn in the nose and ears of Bhikhi Devi.
On getting information about the incident, nearby people reached the spot and took both the injured to Ranawas Primary Health Center. After the information, Siriyari police reached Ranawas and took the statements of the injured. Seeing the serious condition of both of them, they were referred to Ranawas Hospital for treatment.
It is also learned that the elderly couple has three sons, who live abroad on business. In the village, only the elderly couple live in their house and do farming. When a robbery incident happened with both of them. Both of them were alone at that time and the robbers took the opportunity and committed the crime.
With the help of cyber expert team, three accused came under the suspicion of the police. During police interrogation, all three confessed to the robbery. In this case, the police have arrested Kishan son of Deeparam Gadia Lohar, who does welding work, Prakash son of Narayanlal Gadia Lohar, resident of village Radawas and Karan Singh son of Arjun Singh Rajpurohit, resident of village Radawas. During interrogation, accused Karan Singh has also confessed to theft in a shop in Surat.
