Robbery accused arrested at knife point

Mahasamund. The accused who committed the robbery at knife point near the garden has been arrested. According to the police, Dhiraj Bagh was sitting in Sanjay Kanan Garden with his friend Bhupesh Jagat, at the same time Kailash Bagh and Nihal Vaishnav residents of Khaira came and threatened to fight and ran away after looting the mobile phone and Rs 5000 in cash. On the basis of the written report of the applicant, the crime was established and taken into consideration.

Taking quick action on the same complaint, the police arrested and interrogated the accused (01) Nihal Vaishnav alias Nutan father Gopal Das, age 24 years, in front of Sakin Ward No. 10, Sanjay Kanan, village Khaira. On enquiry, he told that there was no money to drink liquor, so me and Kailash Bagh together thought that they would take money by threatening someone, then we both searched for a deserted place and threatened Dheeraj Bagh, a resident of Sanjay Kanan, and Bhupendra Jagat, Bakma, with a knife. Showing fear of being killed, both of them ran away after getting 02 pieces of mobiles, cash amount of Rs.5000 and gold earring worn in the ear of the applicant Dheeraj Bagh removed. Later Kailash gave me Rs.2500 in cash and kept Rs.2500 for himself. On admitting to having committed the same crime, both the accused were arrested and sent on judicial remand.

(01) Nihal Vaishnav alias Nutan father Gopal Das age 24 years Sakin Ward No. 10 in front of Sanjay Kanan Village Khaira Thana Mahasamund.

(02) Kailash Baghel Father Prakash Baghel Age 22 Years Sakin Depot Para Sorid Nagar Police Station City Kotwali Dhamtari Hall Sweeper Colony Mahasamund.
