Rotten cream being sold in Raipur, revealed by Food Department raid

Raipur raipur news. The Food Department raided Rama Dairy located at Avanti Bai Chowk in the capital Raipur. The team found about 50 kg of rotten cream from here, which was destroyed. According to the officials of the Food Department, for the last several days, the department was getting information that milk and curd were being sold in an unhygienic manner in many dairies of the capital Raipur. After which today the team went out for a surprise inspection and the team reached Rama Dairy at Avanti Bai Chowk. Here cream was found kept in a rusty tray.

chhattisgarh news When the officials opened the deep freezer kept inside the shop, the officials themselves got disturbed by the smell, because inside the fridge there was cream kept for many days which was completely rotten and its color had changed from white to muddy. The team of the Food Department took action to destroy this rotten cream and also seized samples of milk, curd and cream present in the shop. According to the officials, this action will continue in various dairies of the capital.
