Rs 1.4 crore sanctioned to 10 colleges across the state

Bhubaneswar: “Mo College Abhijan Parichala Sangathan (MCAPS)” has reportedly sanctioned over Rs 1.4 crore to 10 colleges across Odisha.
According to reports, the MCAPS Screening Committee has approved a total amount of Rs 68, 37, 948 matching grants for various developmental projects for a total project cost of Rs 10,431,904.

The ten colleges which received financial assistance include Shyam Sundar Sanskrit Mahavidyalaya (Balasore), Jagannath Sanskrit Mahavidyalaya (Bhadrak), Dharamshala Mahavidyalaya (Jajpur), Jamda Anchalika Mahavidyalaya (Mayurbhanj), Dadhibaman Sanskrit Mahavidyalaya (Nayagarh), Neemapara Autonomous College (Puri). Are. , Siddharth Degree College (Sonepur), Kuchinda College (Sambalpur), S.V.M Autonomous College (Jagatsinghpur) and B.R Science Degree College (Kendrapara).

‘Mo College’ primarily focuses on identifying the unmet needs and goals of a specific institution and fulfills the dreams of its student and faculty by creating the best possible platform to further nurture the talents. Through this approved matching grant, all the 10 colleges will improve their structural development such as establishment of various sports grounds/courts, open platforms for cultural activities, automation of libraries, construction of gates, cycle/two-wheeler stands, buildings, existing Renovation of the building, internal upgradation in respect of electronic material for smart classroom, purchase of furniture and study equipments, air conditioners, books for different streams, common rooms for student etc. which ensure that the students can avail the facilities in any corner of the state.
