Ruckus in Raipur Ministry, anger among employees against GAD Secretary

Raipur. As soon as the office started today, the Ministry Employees Union surrounded GAD Secretary DD Singh and demanded to relieve him of his work. Singh is working on contract. Employees say that Singh stopped promotions in the ministry cadre for two years and did not even allow setup review. When the employees went to meet him this morning, he refused to initiate the promotion. Due to this, angry employees started protesting against him.
