Sacked Patwari arrested, Tehsildar had complained

Jagdalpur. On Monday, the police registered an FIR on the dismissed Patwari who was absconding with the documents for two years and immediately arrested him. In the case, the police have also seized revenue related documents from the Patwari.

CSP Vikas Kumar told that the then Tehsildar Pushparaj Patra had given a complaint in the police station. In this complaint, he wrote that Patwari Premkant Pandey is missing with the documents related to the Revenue Department. After the suspension of Patwari Premkant Pandey from Tehsil Office Jagdalpur, several attempts were made to establish contact with the government document Dharampura Patwari Halka No.30, revenue record map Khasra and B-1 etc. to get charge of the newly posted Patwari, but no. Received and till date the charge has not been given. After this a case was registered against Patwari under section 409 IPC and he was arrested. Documents related to the Revenue Department have also been seized from Patwari. After the arrest of Patwari, he was produced in the court, from where he was sent to jail on remand.
