Search for the teenager who drowned in Kelo river continues

Raigarh: A minor drowned in the Pachdhari Dam of Kelo river in Raigarh. He had come here to take bath with his three other friends. Then he jumped into the river, but he could not come out. It is being told that after the drowning of a 17-year-old boy living in Tikrapara of Daroga Para, his friends who went with him in the evening informed his family about it.

The family informed the Kotwali police station about the matter, then the team of police and divers reached Pachdhari Dam and the rescue operation was started to find the boy, but nothing was found of him at night. In such a situation, rescue is being done again since morning and divers are searching for the boy in the river from Pachdhari to Kayaghat, but nothing could be found of him till 2 pm.

When Finance Minister and Raigarh MLA OP Choudhary came to know about the matter, he also reached Marine Drive area on the banks of Kelo river in the morning. Here, he took complete information about the case from the rescue team including the Superintendent of Police and gave necessary instructions.
