Raipur. Chhattisgarh Congress has released “Manifesto of Trust”. In the manifesto, it has been announced to buy paddy at Rs 3200 per quintal, loan waiver of farmers, free education from KG to PG. Apart from this, Congress has also made a big announcement of providing houses to 17.5 lakh poor families.
