Seeing RSS from a political perspective is a big mistake: Mohan Bhagwat

It is a big mistake to view the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) from a political perspective, said Sangh chief Mohan Bhagwat. He said that comparing the RSS with the BJP and looking at it from a political perspective often leads to misunderstandings among the people. He made these comments while speaking at a program organized in Kolkata as part of the RSS centenary celebrations.
He said that they are constantly working to build a healthy society and a strong nation by creating Sangh sevaks with moral values and social responsibility. Bhagwat said that every person in the country has the right to express their opinion about the RSS, but it should be based on reality.
He said that the Sangh has no political agenda and its workers are working to bring about a change in the lives of the poor, following the principle of nation first. He expressed confidence that with this effort by the Sangh, India will once again become a world guru.
