Shakti and Mukti expressed gratitude to sister Neeti Mohan, said ‘Whatever we are, is only because of you’
Mumbai (IANS). Dancer and actress Mukti Mohan, who will be seen with her sister Shakti Mohan in ‘Sa Re Ga Ma Pa’, expressed her love, respect and gratitude for her eldest sister Neeti Mohan, saying that Neeti Mohan was her support in the toughest times. And his sister’s strength.
The singing reality show has Himesh Reshammiya, Neeti Mohan and Anu Malik as judges and Aditya Narayan as the host. This weekend’s ‘Family Special’ episode will see the presence of Mohan sisters – Shakti and Mukti along with Neeti.
During the episode, Shakti talked about how Neeti has always inspired all her sisters to do their best in life and fulfill their dreams and passion.
“I think one of the strongest relationships anyone can have is the relationship with your siblings,” Mukti said. In the most difficult times of life, your siblings become your parents. And for me, Neeti Di has been my mother as well as my father since childhood.
She said, “I am the youngest among the four sisters, the most beloved one and Neeti Di has protected me from everything. Not just me, but all the sisters. She is truly a goddess to me, I love her very much. And today I am not saying this just for the camera but I bow to you, you are a goddess.
She further added, “Shakti and I were in a hostel, and we had no idea about the financial condition of our household. Neeti Di was only 18 years old and we did not know that along with her studies, she was also doing many jobs to take care of the family and help us in our studies.
He said, “My father always used to tell her that whatever she does, all the other sisters will also do the same. So, whoever we are, whatever we dress up, whatever we do, it is all because of him. Thank you for giving us, your three daughters, this beautiful life.
Shakti said, “I agree with whatever Mukti has said today. We never thought that we would be able to follow our passion and achieve our dreams. “They have helped us achieve what we want.”
He said, “Whatever we are today is because of Neeti Di. I still remember when we were little, our family was struggling with some financial problems, and I really wanted to go to a dance class, which we couldn’t afford. But she came and told me that she was with me and I could do it. Thank you for giving me this life. You gave me wings to fly and believed in me even when I wasn’t sure what I could achieve. I love you.”
Neeti had tears in her eyes after listening to her sisters.
