CG: A youth was beaten up after his car was stopped, FIR registered

Durg. Pulgaon police has registered a crime against four accused who stopped the car and beat up the applicant. On the complaint of the applicant, Pulgaon police has registered a crime under sections 115 (2), 126 (2), 296, 3 (5) and started investigation. Police said that the applicant Anil Nirmalkar is a resident of Potiya Kala Pulgaon and he works as a driver. On the night of 28 February at around 10.30 pm, he was going from Potiya Kala to Mahamara with his relatives in a four-wheeler CG 07 AY 4536.

He had reached the road in front of Tulsi Marble ahead of Potiya Chowk, when the accused Dharamraj Devangan and Shahabas Ali came in a two-wheeler CG 07 BJ 7955 and stopped the vehicle by abusing. After this, both of them abused and beat him. During this time, his two other friends Safal Gajbhiye and Sujit Kumar also reached there. All of them beat up the applicant brutally, in which the applicant got injuries on his head, face, chest, back, stomach etc. A relative Bisalal Sahu also got injured.
