‘Shiv Shakti’ made me feel like a father to my daughters: Sanjeev Sharma
Mumbai (IANS). Actor Sanjeev Sharma, who plays King Himavan in ‘Shiv Shakti-Tapa Tyag Tandav’, revealed that he always hoped to have a daughter and through the show, he has two daughters Parvati and Ganga on screen.
The show tells the universe’s first love story between Lord Shiva and Goddess Shakti.
In the storyline, on one hand Goddess Adishakti tells the gods that she will be born to King Himavan and Queen Mainavati, while Lord Shiva, while meditating, realizes that Shakti will take the form of Parvati.
Talking about the show, Sanjeev shared: “I am absolutely thrilled to be a part of this show that has won the hearts of its audiences. It is truly a blessing to be involved in this epic journey at such a crucial moment in the show. I have the privilege of playing the character of King Himavan, who acts as the guardian deity and personality of the Himalayas.”
Talking about his character, the actor said, “As a father, this role is special for me. It gives me immense love and pride to play the role of a father to two incredibly powerful ladies, Parvati (Subha Rajput) and Ganga (Prachi Bansal). Fills.”
In his personal life, being the father of a son, Sanjeev said that playing the role of a father is special for him.
Sanjeev said, “I always wanted a daughter in real life and through this show, I got the chance to be a father to two powerful daughters onscreen, which made me feel like a father to daughters. I hope the audience will give them a Will be seen as a loving father and benevolent ruler.
