In an interview given to Etams, Vivek talked about the whole incident and said- Our trip was going very well. Yesterday we came to stay in Florence. We had gone to see the hotel where we were going to stay. During this time we left our luggage in the car parked in the parking lot. When we went to get our luggage, all the luggage was stolen. Our passport, purse and valuables worth Rs 10 lakh were stolen. The thieves broke the car and ran away with the stuff kept inside it. He said that ‘We requested the local police for help, but they refused to register our report. They say that we cannot do anything without CCTV footage.’
Vivek further said that ‘the police did not even think it fit to go to the location and see. The police station closes at 6 o’clock. After that there is no hearing there. We also tried to reach the embassy, but it was also found closed.’ The actor has also shared the broken car video on Instagram, in which the glass of the car was completely broken. Seeing the bad condition of the car, it is known that the thieves ran away with the goods in a hurry.
At the same time, Divyanka shared an Instagram story and said that ‘Vivek and I are fine. But our passport, important and valuables have been stolen. We expect help from the embassy.’ Knowing what happened to Divyanka and Vivek in Europe, their fans are upset.
