Smuggler caught by police on Bhuntar-Manikaran road, 76.8 grams of hashish recovered

Kullu. Police have arrested a smuggler with 76.8 grams of hashish near Seund on Bhuntar-Manikaran road. A case has been registered against the accused under the Narcotics Act. According to the police, the accused was caught by the police during the blockade. During checking, when the police interrogated the accused, he started sweating due to extreme cold. Due to this the police became suspicious and searched him and hashish was recovered from his possession. The accused has been identified as Praveen Kumar, son of Ramesh Chand, resident of village Behad, ward number-7 Sarkaghat, district Mandi. SP Sakshi Verma has confirmed the arrest of the accused.
