Spanish Influencer Sergio Jimenez Dies After Consuming Whiskey and Cocaine on Stream

Recently, an influencer in Spain lost his life while hoping for money given by viewers. This incident happened recently on the occasion of New Year. A 37-year-old man from Spain named Sergio Jimenez has become famous as a social media influencer.
Along with viewership, he accepts various challenges for the money paid by viewers. Recently, he did a live streaming on the occasion of New Year. In this, he accepted a challenge live for paid viewers. That was to take cocaine and drink whiskey live. He took six grams of cocaine live for the money he earned through streaming. Not only that, he drank a full bottle of whiskey. He lost his life shortly after. When his mother came in the middle of the night, she found Sergio lying on the bed. She did not wake up at all and found him dead and informed the police. The police, who have registered a case, are investigating. Sergio has taken drugs for money in live streaming in the past as well.
However, experts there are expressing concern over this development. They are warning against accepting such challenges for the sake of popularity on social media and putting their lives at risk. Influencers are advised to be careful in this regard. In the past, there have been incidents where some influencers have died after taking such challenges.
