Specialist doctors including surgeons will soon be posted in Baikunthpur

Raipur. Health Minister Shyam Bihari Jaiswal has said that the health infrastructure in the state will be further improved. All hospitals will be equipped with state-of-the-art equipment to provide better health facilities. He said that efforts are being made to remove the shortcomings found during the inspection of hospitals. To strengthen the hospital system, Jaiswal is continuously inspecting hospitals across the state, which will continue in future also.

During his stay in Baikunthpur today, Jaiswal inspected the district hospital and took information from the patients about the facilities being provided in the hospital. He also inspected the new building under construction of District Hospital and Mother Child Hospital and instructed the officials to complete the construction work within a month. Baikunthpur MLA Shri Bhaiya Lal Rajwade, Collector Shri Vinay Kumar Langeh, Superintendent of Police Shri Trilok Bansal and Chief Medical Officer were present during the inspection.

Minister Jaiswal inspected the wards of the district hospital like emergency medical room, minor operation room, chemotherapy ward, blood bank, infant ward, CT scan room, dialysis room, kitchen etc. and also got information about the facilities being provided to the patients. of. On the shortage of general surgeon, gynecologist, pediatrician and anesthesia doctors in the district hospital, Minister Shri Jaiswal said that soon surgeons and doctors will be posted in the district hospital Baikunthpur.

Health Minister Shyam Bihari Jaiswal took information regarding health from Mr. Ajay Kodmehra admitted in the ward. Patient Ajay told that he was admitted here due to vomiting for two-three days. Similarly, Omprakash Dutta and Mahima Weaver, who were admitted for dialysis suffering from kidney disease, shared their problems with the minister. Minister Jaiswal also instructed to give medicines to the elderly suffering from dialysis for free and not to charge any kind of fee. Instructions were given to immediately take serious patients to the medical college. Instructions were given to make arrangements for clean, quality, nutritious hot food and drinking water for the patients and their families.

Arrangements will be made for ambulance and hearse-

Minister Jaiswal took information regarding the ambulance, on which the officials told that the old ambulance has broken down. Immediately the Minister gave instructions to prepare a proposal for a new ambulance and hearse through the Collector and also assured to make arrangements for five ambulances and two hearse vehicles at the government level.
