Speeding SUV took life, pickup driver died due to collision

Durg. Under Nandani police station in the district, the driver of a speeding SUV hit a pickup driver who was walking on foot. The collision was so strong that the driver jumped 10 feet in the air and fell far away. His colleagues took him in injured condition to Nandini Hospital, where he was declared dead. The deceased has been identified as Nand Kishore Maskari, father Dulichand Maskari (25 years), resident of Chicholi district Balaghat Madhya Pradesh. Dinesh Maskari who came with him told that he has a pickup vehicle MH 35 AJ 0793. They had left for Raipur on Friday night after loading cucumbers from Lanji Balaghat. After unloading the cucumber in Raipur, we again left for Balaghat at 9 am on Saturday morning. Nand Kishore stopped the car at a dhaba near Murmunda Nandani to have food. He parked the car on the roadside and went to the dhaba with his two companions. Suddenly Nand Kishore remembered that he had left his mobile in the car. He again started going towards the pickup to get the mobile. Meanwhile, SUV vehicle CG 07 CH 9620 came at high speed and hit him. Nand Kishore suffered a lot of injuries due to this.
