‘Stalin Protects Health’ camps to be held twice a week: Minister M. Subramanian

Tamil Nadu: Public Welfare Minister M. Subramaniam announced on Saturday (December 27) that camps under the ‘Nalam Kakum Stalin’ scheme will now be held twice a week.
Chief Minister M.K. Stalin launched the Stalin Health Care Scheme in all districts of Tamil Nadu on August 2. Under this scheme, medical check-ups and high-level medical observation camps are held every Saturday from 9 am to 4 pm.
Continuing this project, ‘Nalam Kakum Stalin’ project camps were held today (December 27) at various locations across the state. In the coming weeks, these camps will also be held on Thursdays, Minister M. Subramaniam said on Saturday (December 27).
Subramaniam also said that 800 camps have been held so far under the Stalin Health Care Program, and 12.36 lakh people have benefited from them.
