Start the day with hot celery fritters, here’s an easy recipe

Ajwain is always used in Indian food. Along with this, celery also works to keep the stomach and digestion healthy. However, some people do not like the taste of celery at all and for some it is very tasty. In such a situation, if you are asked how do you use celery, then what will be your answer? Method
First of all, soak the celery leaves in water and clean them thoroughly. Then take it out in a sieve and leave it to dry. (Make these recipes with colocasia leaves)
Now add all the other ingredients except oil in the gram flour and mix and prepare a smooth batter by adding water little by little.
Then put oil in a pan to heat it. During this, keep the leaves separately. When the leaves are separated, dip the leaves one by one in the batter and put them in the hot oil.

Fry well from both the sides and take it out in a plate. Sprinkle chaat masala on top and serve hot with tea.

Material
Celery leaves – 10-12
Gram flour – 1 cup
Red chili powder – half tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Green chili – 1/2 tsp chopped
Turmeric powder – half teaspoon
Coriander powder – half teaspoon
Chaat masala – half teaspoon
salt – as per taste
oil – for frying
Method
First of all soak the celery leaves in water.
Now prepare the batter by adding all the other ingredients except oil in gram flour.
Then put oil in a pan to heat it.
Dip the leaves one by one in the batter and fry them in oil.
Fry well from both the sides and take it out in a plate.
Sprinkle chaat masala on top and serve hot with tea.
