They say that they experience symptoms like unreasonable fears, worries, and hypochondria. They say that when exams are approaching, they feel panicky, which is called anxiety neurosis. They explain that somatic symptoms like shortness of breath, chest pain, sweating, fatigue, stomach ache, headache, increased pulse rate, dry mouth and lips, tense muscles, and sweaty palms and soles are seen. Therefore, if we let go of fear, victory is ours.. He said that self-confidence is the main weapon to achieve goals. He said that suggestions from teachers, parents, friends, and close friends, and planned preparation help in building self-confidence among students.
He said that if you can overcome your fear and go into the examination hall with confidence, you have achieved half the success. He said that as soon as you get the question paper in the examination hall, you should keep your mind calm and not get stressed, read it thoroughly and immediately make a plan. He said that you should identify the questions that came out well, the questions that came out with a few errors, and the questions that did not come out, and write the questions that came out well first. Then the questions that came out with a few errors and then think about the rest. He advised that you should be careful to write answers to all the questions while observing the time.
