Students visit farm, cement manufacturer in Mancherial

Mancherial: Students studying in classes I to III at Slate Excellence-Jannaram Mandal Center visited the farm at Mandapalli village in Jannaram Mandal on Monday and learned about different crops. The students were excited to visit a farm and learn about agriculture. He was curious to know about the transplant. Students asked various questions about farms, crops and livestock. They learned about the different stages of crop growth and how they are harvested. To empower them about the importance of agriculture. Meanwhile, Class VIII students of a similar school took an industrial trip to a small cement factory in Ponkal village of Jannaram mandal. He said the visit helped in understanding the theoretical concepts behind cement production. He said that this developed his critical thinking skills. He said the trip allowed him to see problems from different perspectives.
