Prayagraj: Police in Uttar Pradesh’s Prayagraj have said that university student Prabhat Yadav and former student Pratyush Singh were making country-made bombs in their hostel room when they exploded, injuring both.

“Police are now investigating the motive behind collecting the crude bombs. On the complaint of the hostel warden, an FIR has been registered against both of them in the Colonelganj police under section 286 of the IPC and section 3 of the Explosives Act.
