Suzlon wins order for 225 MW wind power project in Tamil Nadu from EverRenew Energy

New Delhi: Suzlon Group, India’s largest renewable energy solutions provider, on Friday announced winning a new order for the development of a 225 MW wind power project for EverRenew Energy Pvt Ltd, the company announced through an exchange filing. of.

Suzlon will install Hybrid Lattice Tubular (HLT) towers and 75 wind turbine generators (WTG) with a rated capacity of 3 MW each at the customer’s sites at Vengaimandalam, Trichy district and Ottapidaram, Tuticorin district in Tamil Nadu.

The order is for the company’s larger rated 3 MW, S144-140m turbines from the 3 – 3.15 MW product range. As part of the agreement, Suzlon will supply the wind turbines (equipment supply) and monitor the project including commissioning. Suzlon will also undertake comprehensive operation and maintenance services after commissioning.
