JEE result for Architecture course declared
Tamil Nadu: The results of the JEE entrance exam for architecture courses have been released.
To gain admission to undergraduate courses at central higher education institutions like IITs and NITs, one must pass the Joint Entrance Exam (JEE). It consists of two sections: JEE Mains and JEE Mains. The Mains exam is conducted annually by the National Testing Agency (NTA) in two phases.
Accordingly, the JEE Mains exam for the academic year 2026-2027 was held from January 21 to 29. The second paper for B.Arch and B.Planning courses was held on January 29. 66,519 candidates appeared for the exam at 426 centers across the country. The results were released last Tuesday (February 24) night. Students can check their results on the website. In this exam, students Surya Tejas (B.Arch) and Gauri Shankar (B.Planning) from Kerala set a national record by scoring full marks.
Similarly, S. Sushil Narayanan (B.Arch) from Tamil Nadu secured second place nationally with 99.99 percent marks, while Yashwanth Mahendran Priya (B.Planning) secured fifth place with 99.98 percent marks.
The NDA stated that more information can be found on its website. It is worth noting that the next phase of the JEE Mains exam will be held from April 1 to 9.
