Indore: Bus collides with traffic signal, 35 passengers narrowly escape their lives

Madhya Pradesh: 35 passengers narrowly escaped when an Indore-bound bus collided with a traffic signal near Rasoma Square inside the Vijay Nagar police station on Sunday morning.
The accident occurred around 5:30 a.m. when the Ashok Travels bus was traveling from Gwalior to Indore. The bus was being driven at a slow speed, so no one was injured. The passengers were safely evacuated through the emergency gate.
The collision dislodged the traffic signal, which fell onto the road and severely damaged the front of the bus. The driver reportedly told police that the removal of the BRTS (Bus Rapid Transit System) and the subsequent route change caused confusion regarding the location of the signal in the middle of the road.
