Chief Minister extends birthday wishes to Tamil scholar K.M. Chellappa

Tamil Nadu: Chief Minister M.K. Stalin has stated that the Tamil community will always remember Tamil language scholar K.M. Chellappa with gratitude.

K.M. Chellappa, who founded the Arivalayam in Jaffna, was presented with a book to commemorate K.M. Chellappa’s birth anniversary during a meeting and interaction with Sri Lankan Tamils.
K.M. Chellappa, who in 1933 converted his home into the Jaffna Public Library, a beacon of knowledge for Tamils worldwide, posted that the Tamil community will always remember K.M. Chellappa with gratitude, who is a testament to the fact that one person’s personal spirit can enlighten the minds of millions.
Similarly, a statement issued by Seeman, Chief Coordinator of the Naam Tamil Party, stated that they will pay tribute to K.M. Chellappa on his 130th birth anniversary.
