Train ticket agent was on duty drunk, abused passengers

Bilaspur. There was chaos at the railway station on Saturday when a ticket agent on duty at ATVM (Automatic Ticket Vending Machine) got drunk and started abusing passengers while issuing tickets. Railway police was present at the spot during the incident, but did not take any action, which further increased the anger among the passengers.

According to the information, the name of the accused ATVM ticket agent is Lokesh Kumar. Passengers said that he was using abusive language with the passengers who had come to buy tickets and was quarreling with the people who had come to buy tickets. During this, a passenger recorded the video of the incident on his mobile which is becoming increasingly viral on social media.
