Stalin campaigning with Karnataka Deputy CM is treason: Edappadi K. Palaniswami
Tamil Nadu Tamil Nadu: AIADMK General Secretary Edappadi Palaniswami said that Stalin campaigning with Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister, who is claiming to build a dam at Mekedatu, is a huge betrayal of the farmers of Tamil Nadu.

Ashokkumar, who campaigned in his support, added: When Stalin was Deputy Chief Minister, he signed a Memorandum of Understanding to extract hydrocarbons and methane from Thanjavur, a gold-producing land. Should the one who usurped your land continue to rule? The AIADMK government saved the farmers’ land.
The AIADMK filed a case in the Supreme Court on the Cauvery issue and received a decision. But the DMK, even while in power at the center, ignored the Cauvery issue.
We received a decision that the Karnataka government should provide us with as much water as we needed. Despite the AIADMK and BJP being in alliance at the time, implementation of that decision was delayed. Therefore, at the farmers’ demand, 37 AIADMK MPs stalled Parliament for 22 days, demanding implementation of the Supreme Court’s decision. Did the DMK do this? Did it raise a similar voice for the NEET elections? Stalin says the BJP government is cheating. You served in various central governments for 15 years. How much money did you bring to Tamil Nadu? Their goal was to secure positions in the central cabinet for their family members and amass wealth. P. Chidambaram, who hails from Tamil Nadu, received no money even while serving as Finance Minister. Now, Stalin is systematically criticizing the BJP.
What plans have you brought for Tamil Nadu in these 15 years? Have you resolved the Cauvery issue? The AIADMK itself resolved the long-standing Cauvery issue.
During the AIADMK’s rule, all demands made to the central government were met. Highways, airports, railway lines, and new trains were provided. Now, the atmosphere with the central government is not good. If we criticize the BJP every time we see it, how will we receive funds?
