Punjab’s Secretary (Civil Aviation), Sonali Giri, held discussions with airport authorities, CISF, and airline companies to manage the situation. The control room has been established in the Duty Terminal Manager’s office to provide real-time information and assistance regarding refunds and rescheduling, baggage delivery, and flight updates.
