China supports international rules in US tariff dispute

World World: China’s Foreign Minister Wang Yi said that Beijing stands in favor of international rules and opposes protectionism in the context of tariffs imposed by the US. During the China-Central Asia Foreign Ministers’ Meeting held in Kazakhstan, Wang said that China will establish solidarity with other countries and condemn the “extreme self-centeredness” and oppression being adopted by some countries.
